Ramos Gin Fiz

1 tbsp powdered sugar
dash or Orange Flower Water
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 oz Gin (Plymouth’s)
1 egg white
2 oz milk or cream
1 splash seltzer water
2 drops vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker with moderately crushed ice. Shake the hell out of it. Strain into a glass. I put this together from several recipes and they all suggested different style glasses. I thought this was a very unique cocktail. I have never had anything like it, though I rarely would try something with egg white or milk. It was surprisingly light. I thought it was just a bit on the tart side and I might try making this again varying the sugar, cream, and possibly omiting the seltzer water. Again I looked at several recipes and not all called for the seltzer water.
