2 cups apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp. caramel sauce
1 pinch of nutmeg

In small saucepan, heat cider with cinnamon stick. Pour cider into 2 float glasses. Top with ice cream, caramel sauce and some grated nutmeg. Serve with spoon. TIP: It helped me to put the ice cream in the glass first then pour on the cider!

Oh the flash totally ruined this one. XD.
This smoothie was the best one I have ever made … the consistency … the taste. Delicious. It had banana, lime, lemonade, ice, oranges (2 different kinds!) and … pineapple. GOOD GOOD.

Image by riNux
one of my favorite drinks in hawaii.. lava flow -

* 1 oz. light rum
* 1 oz. Malibu® coconut rum
* 2 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries
* 1 small banana
* 2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
* 2 oz. coconut cream

PREPARATION:
Blend the 2 rums and the strawberries in a blender to form a smooth paste. Pour this mixture into a tall (Collins or Hurricane) glass. Rinse the blender. Blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in blender with crushed ice until smooth.

Pour this mixture into the glass with the rums very slowly and watch as the strawberry mixture oozes its way to the top along the sides of the glass creating the flowing lava effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella.

Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Strain through a sieve lined with 3 layers of cheesecloth. Allow the strained liquid to rest in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, until it separates. Carefully pour the clear liquid – the agua fresca — off the top and reserve. Discard the liquid at the bottom.

Store the agua fresca, covered, in the fridge, for up to 3 days. Makes a wonderful thirst quencher with mixed with water and simple syrup.

For a Cucumber Agua Fresca Gin Fizz, pour 1 measure of gin over some ice. Add 2 measures agua fresca, 1 measure simple syrup and a squeeze of lime. Top it off with sparkling water, and you have yourself SOME beverage!
